2015 NBA Draft Preview: Top 4 Small Forwards

1. Stanley Johnson - #11 INDIANA
SF / 6-7 / Arizona / Fr. - 13.8 ppg, 6.5 rpg, 1.7 apg

The Pacers are said to be targeting Willie Cauley-Stein and may look to move up a few spots to grab him. Another option would be Cameron Payne, who's seen as a younger version of George Hill. They are mentioned as a team that will also look to trade out if the player they want is not available. Johnson would give Indy, or a team trading into this spot, a versatile wing capable of becoming an excellent defender with intriguing ability to create off the dribble.

2. Sam Dekker - #12 UTAH
SF / 6-9 / Wisconsin / Jr. - 13.9 ppg, 5.5 rpg, 1.2 apg

The reality for Utah is that they have to take into consideration which players will take to living and playing here, as Salt Lake City's low-key community just isn't for every player. Dekker is a small town guy and fits in well away from the bright lights and big city. He also fits the type of player Utah generally targets for his play on the floor as well: A feisty competitor and clutch performer. His ability to possibly develop into a stretch four also elevates his value.

3. Rondae Hollis-Jefferson - #22 CHICAGO
SF / 6-7 / Arizona / So. - 11.2 ppg, 6.8 rpg, 1.6 apg

The Bulls are facing the possibility of losing Jimmy Butler this offseason as he's said to not be happy with the team. Getting him back into the fold has to be the team's top offseason priority. They could look to add depth to their frontcourt with a player like Kevon Looney or McCullough, or Montrezs Harrell if he slips, but Hollis-Jefferson's potential as a defender on the wing makes him a solid fit for a team easing in new coach Fred Hoiberg.

4. Kevon Looney #23 PORTLAND
SF / 6-9 / UCLA / Fr. - 11.6 ppg, 9.2 rpg, 1.4 apg

Portland has some uncertainty at the PF position with LaMarcus Aldridge (potentially) leaving via free agency. A PF such as Looney makes sense as insurance, but would also fit in well with Aldridge with his skill set.
