From "draft bust" to "Mr. Big Shot," Billups blazed a basketball trail entirely his own. And after 17 remarkable seasons in the league, his ride has finally come to an end. The 37-year-old announced his retirement Tuesday. Here's what Billups told Yahoo Sports' Marc J. Spears : It's just time. I know when it's time. My mind and my desire
