23 - ETHAN EBANKS-LANDELL
DEFENDER
Nationality: English
DOB: 12/12/1992
Height: 6'2" (188.2 cm)
Weight: 13st 12lbs (88 kg)

Standing at 6ft 2in, Ethan Ebanks-Landell is another local lad who has progressed through the ranks having joined Wolves’ Academy at the age of 9.

An unused substitute for the first team in the win over Birmingham in December, 2010, Ebanks-Landell enjoyed his first taste of senior action during a loan spell with Bury in 2012/13.

During that time he made 24 appearances before returning to Wolves for pre-season, making his first senior appearance in the Capital One Cup tie against Morecambe.

He then scored his first senior goal for Wolves in the 1-0 win at Notts County in November, 2013, following it up with his second, a cracking strike, in the top-of-the-table clash with Leyton Orient a month later.

Wolves' options in the centre of defence have left Ebanks-Landell at times waiting for his opportunity, but Head Coach Kenny Jackett remains a fan, and the defender's appearances during the 2014/15 season included 2 further goals, home and away, against Millwall.

Indeed it was Ebanks-Landell called into the team for the final 2 games of the season alongside Richard Stearman after injury to long-time ever-present and captain Danny Batth.
